Many documents only become usable once they are notarized: affidavits, contracts, deeds of sale, company resolutions, translations and powers of attorney. Under the Rules on Notarial Practice, the signatory must appear before a commissioned notary public and present competent evidence of identity, usually a government-issued ID with a photo and signature.
We coordinate notarization with commissioned notaries public, prepare or review the document beforehand so it is accepted the first time, and schedule a single appointment for you. If the notarized document is going abroad, we also obtain the Certificate of Authority for a Notarial Act from the Regional Trial Court and the DFA apostille or authentication.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to appear personally before the notary?
Yes. Philippine notarial rules require the person signing to appear personally before the notary public and show valid identification. We arrange the appointment so that it takes as little of your time as possible.
I am abroad. How can I have a document notarized for use in the Philippines?
Sign it before a local notary and have it apostilled in that country, or sign it at a Philippine embassy or consulate. Our international offices can help with either option.
Can a notarized document be used abroad?
Yes, once it is certified by the Regional Trial Court and then apostilled or authenticated by the DFA. We handle the whole chain.
