Philippine documents for use in China
A DFA apostille is enough. No embassy legalization is needed.
Mainland China joined the Apostille Convention in November 2023, replacing Chinese embassy legalization for most documents. Simplified Chinese translations are often required.
Steps for China
- Obtain the original or official copy (for example from PSA, the school or the court)
- Complete any prerequisite step (CAV, RTC certification of the notary)

- Certified translation into the required language, if needed
- Courier to you or directly to China
